Ready to eat better and save money? Healing Ways is teaming up with UC Cooperative Extension, Sacramento County for the “Eating Smart-Being Active” workshop series! We’re offering nine free classes led by Alicia Fraticelli. Classes will take place in our Healing Ways Teaching Kitchen and will focus on preparing healthy, budget-friendly recipes. Participants who complete the series will receive a Certificate of Completion.
No pre-registration needed! We welcome walk-ins, and enrollment will be handled in person on your first day of class.
