Manifesting with La Luna 🌑✨
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle—a time to plant new intentions, and create space for what we are ready to call into our lives.
Manifesting with La Luna is a guided New Moon circle designed to bring the mind and body into the manifestation process. We’ll begin with grounding, somatic breathwork and gentle movement to help settle into the present moment before exploring the current New Moon energy and the themes it invites us to reflect on.
From there, you’ll be guided through an intentional manifestation practice focused on identifying what you would like to cultivate during the lunar cycle ahead.
