This foundational class connects breath to movement (vinyasa) with an emphasis on proper alignment. This intentional blend sets students up for success for all other class styles offered at UPLIFT. We've lowered the heat and the class size so we can pour in some extra LOVE! This is a total body workout encouraging mindful focus & detoxification. Ideal for both NEW and EXPERIENCED Uplifters, each class is unique, accompanied by music and will leave you with POSITIVE VIBES ONLY ✌️
