About this event

🌀 Move with intention. Connect with your body. Celebrate community.

Join us every Thursday at 6 PM for an embodied yoga practice designed to help you release tension, ground yourself, and cultivate presence. This is a trauma-informed, all-levels class, no prior yoga experience needed. Expect a Hatha-Vinyasa flow, breathwork, and a space to listen to your body’s wisdom.

🌿 Every last Thursday of the month, stay after class for a community potluck dinner!
