About this event
The laughs continue at the Davis Odd Fellows Classic Film Fest with a screening of Mel Brooks’ comedy classic The Producers (1968)!
Starring Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder, this outrageous comedy follows a scheming theater producer and a mild-mannered accountant who hatch a plan to make a fortune from a Broadway flop. Naturally, things don’t go quite as planned!
Davis Enterprise film critic Derrick Bang will share fascinating film trivia and behind-the-scenes insights before the screening, followed by a Q&A afterward. Live music by According to Bazooka will kick off the evening.
Admission and popcorn are FREE! Donations are welcome, and beverages will be available for purchase at the bar.
Doors open at 6:29 PM, and the movie starts at 7:01 PM. Bring a friend and enjoy a classic night at the movies!
