- ➤ A UC Davis survey released Wednesday, Feb. 18 shows average apartment rents dropped 1.8% from fall 2024 to fall 2025 & vacancy rates held steady. The report marks the first decline in over a decade as new student beds continue to be added on campus. UC Davis
- ➤ The average rent for apartments in Davis fell 1.8% from fall 2024 to fall 2025 as thousands of new student housing beds helped lower the blended rate to $2,711, a survey found. The report noted a blended vacancy rate of 3.5% during this period. Davis Vanguard
