A behind-the-scenes exhibition at the UC Davis museum shows digitizing over 5,000 art works, with (37 students) helping to create interactive displays.
The exhibit opened in January and will run through May 2.

Researchers at UC Davis and Johns Hopkins University sequenced the bristlecone pine genome from a tree in California’s White Mountains to study its longevity (over 5,000 years) and help land managers identify genes for climate adaptation.

Rep. Mike Thompson announced that Marisa Alcorta was chosen as the 2026 Yolo County Woman of the Year.
