- ➤ The Davis Community Action Network was started two years ago to help the community face rising housing costs and climate change by welcoming more voices and trying new neighborhood designs. Today more than 225 residents join the effort led by Judy Ennis—who is planning to launch a parent landing page and celebrate the group’s anniversary on April 24th—to boost local civic engagement.
