🎓 Education
Simon R. Cherry, a distinguished professor emeritus at UC Davis, was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society on May 27 (one of only 90 honorees worldwide) for his groundbreaking work in biomedical imaging.
He developed the total-body PET scanner now used in clinical research at UC Davis Health.
