Davis Police Department will kick off its annual Pack the Patrol Car toy drive on Friday—collecting toys for underserved kids in Davis.

Mail Services is hosting a toy drive on Davis campus with blue bins available Dec 1-11 while Aggie Surplus offers discounts on Dec 4-5 for toy donations — a virtual toy drive supporting UC Davis Children’s Hospital patients is open through Dec 24.

These drives will provide gifts for children and families during the holiday season.

Meals on Wheels and Yolo County Animal Services have started the Passion For PAWS pet food and supplies drive—running through Dec.

31 to help food insecure seniors and their pets across Yolo County.

The Center for Child and Family Studies offers the Growing Together program to help all families learn about child development and build community during weekly play-based sessions on Old Davis Road—registration for winter quarter is open now at $200 per family until the group fills. The program welcomes children from 6 months to preschool age and includes monthly family education workshops on Zoom.
