  • Jonna Mazet retires at the end of this year from UC Davis after four decades of advancing global health and conservation through innovative cross-discipline projects (including the One Health Institute).  UC Davis
  • UC Davis has joined the inaugural class of California universities now recognized as Black-Serving Institutions under a state initiative that honors schools excelling in academic support. The designation affirms its commitment to serving Black students in the community.  The Davis Enterprise
  • In 2025, UC Davis marked major milestones with breakthroughs in climate change, urban wildlife + conservation, and regenerative medicine that resonate beyond campus.
